- 竹の平串が魚が滑らず鮎の塩焼きなどには一番いいかと思いますが、ステンレスはステンレスで焦げにく刺しやすいので炭焼きには扱いやすいです。 丸串で長めのタイプです。さすがにしっかりしています。 バーベキューの串と一緒に買ったのですがこちらは輪っかがないので保管には少し不便かなと思います。 網に魚を直接のせると返すときに崩れたりしますが、串は綺麗に身を崩さず焼けます。天然ぶりのかまも遠火の強火で塩焼きすれば美味しいですよ。 てっきゅうにも金串は使いやすいです。
